Adapters are designed for use in high-chemical and corrosive pipelines, tanks, and dosing systems. They can be installed by butt welding, electrofusion (EF), socket welding, or hand welding directly into the side of a tank.
As all of our fittings are manufactured to SDR 11 PN16, these adapters are also compatible with SDR 17 pipe, allowing for reliable and secure connections across both pipe classes.Designed to receive BSP male threads — stainless steel, brass, or any other material — with a taper, making them well suited to chemical treatment, water treatment, agriculture, and mining applications.
Manufactured from UV-stabilised high-density polyethylene (HDPE) using our Haitian injection moulding machine.
Note that the threads can be a little soft, so correct alignment during installation is important.
