Hercules Plastics' external lifting lugs are designed for external mounting on poly tanks (Roto Moulded Tanks) to allow secure and controlled lifting during transport, installation or maintenance.
Manufactured from high-quality HDPE PE100, these lugs offer excellent chemical resistance and long-term durability.
Installation: Use the lifting lug pattern to mark out the cut and the required distance from the outside wall. We recommend using an extrusion welder with a minimum 14 mm boot.
Recommended Usage (When Tank Is Empty):
- 0–5 kL: 2 lifting lugs
- 5–20 kL: 4 lifting lugs
- Above 20 kL: Please email us.
