Shane Archiebold has been part of the Hercules Plastics family for over 15 years, starting out as a plastic welder and working his way up through the ranks to become our Factory Manager. As Workshop Manager, Shane oversees fabrication, CNC machining, injection moulding, and poly butt welding — bringing hands-on experience to every stage of production.
