Locating & repairing a leak in an underground liner where a breather was installed. 6 feet of sand was removed to gain access to the connection point of the liner. As the Air Force Base was at sea level, water kept seeping in which made the repair quite difficult. The solution was to keep pumping the water out and weld in a plastic ring to prevent water from intervening with the weld.
