Chemical Dosing
A system to automated injection of reagent into the water to achieve a certain effect. These systems are widely used in wastewater treatment plants & pumping stations. The system could contain one to multiple dosing pumps, tanks, and various methods of plumbing in HDPE, PP, PVDF, or PVC. At Hercules, we custom fabricate stands, bunds, cabinets, valve boxes, and enclosures for these systems. Depending on your need, we can retrofit with desired pumps, actuators, sensors, and piping in-house and ship a completed unit ready to use.
