Supply & Installation of 43 Lab Systems Group fume cupboard with one large custom made manifold PVC duct system connecting all 43 cupboards to 3 large fan on roof. In addition, 3x more fume cupboards were installed with independent PVC duct runs to own fan on roof. The PVC plenum box was 5.5m x 5.5m x 1m (LWH) with special stiffeners and support inside the Plenum. All duct was manufactured at our Sydney factory and was transported to ANU by Hercules Plastics to minimise any damage caused during delivery. Hercules team was put to the test but as always, we manage to complete the work on time with upholding all site safety procedures. This is one of the largest manifold PVC duct systems we have installed, and our client is greatly satisfied.
